The Salesforce community is known for being a great place for Salesforce users to learn, grow and connect with fellow Trailblazers. But it’s also becoming known for hosting some incredible events. One of the most popular being London’s Calling, Europe's largest community-led event for Salesforce professionals.
While attendees won’t be able to meet in person again this year, the event will be much more accessible AND affordable than usual, with tickets costing just £5 each. Like with previous years, expect the usual amazing lineup of speakers from the Salesforce community, a great keynote speaker, exciting demo jam, and much more. The Top 10 Project Risks and How To Minimize Them
Beyond the daily value the platform provides, Salesforce enables companies to grow through transformational projects. Whatever the reason for these projects, they mustn’t disrupt your users’ day-to-day activities. In this session, Salesforce MVP and London’s Calling co-organiser Amanda Beard-Nelson will walk through her top 10 risks that she’s encountered while delivering Salesforce projects and how best to mitigate them for your future implementations.
Admins are the superheroes of the Salesforce universe, but nobody’s perfect, right? At Own we know admins are often on the hook for data loss or corruption. But what else can go wrong? In this talk, Salesforce admin Connie Hazendonk relives three of the worst mistakes she made as an admin, their impact, and what you can do to avoid them yourself.
Locking it Down and Opening it Up
