I am a Salesforce Admin for a global healthcare company. I am one of many who constantly monitors critical data of the over three million trial subjects on our Salesforce platform. My mind raced. I had just participated in a massive, irreversible data corruption. I attempted to manually compare the data from a previous export to identify changes, but due to the lengthy processing time and the enormity of the initial migration, there was no way I could compare, connect, and manually restore all the changes that had been made. Restoring the data and relationships would be impossible.
