We’re proud to announce that Own has been named one of Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces for 2021!
Collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. singled out 429 honorees this year. Each nominated company took part in an employee survey on topics including management effectiveness, perks, and fostering employee growth.
More than 97.6% of Own employees are highly or moderately engaged, according to the Quantum Workplace employee survey.
