Why should you add the domain to your Allow List?

Adding both domains, ownbackup.com and owndata.com, is essential to ensure the uninterrupted delivery of our services and communications. This step will help prevent emails, notifications, or access requests from being inadvertently blocked or filtered by your security systems, ensuring you receive important updates and information without disruptions.

What action do you need to take?

To facilitate the Allow Listing process, please share the following information with your IT or technical team responsible for managing your email and security settings:

• Add ownbackup.com and owndata.com to your organization's email Allow List.
• Ensure that any security filters or firewalls allow traffic from both domains.
• Notify your team members or colleagues who manage email accounts to make the necessary adjustments.

For testing purposes, we will be sending out emails from the email address info@owndata.com. Therefore, we request that both domains be added to your Allow list by September 24th, 2023.
